在Country Hills Toyota买车遇到的问题

我终于在2026年1月6日 拿到了我购车合同中包含的米其林冬胎,在Country Hills Toyota的购车过程总算可以划上一个句号了。
以下将我在Country Hills Toyota购车时遇到的问题客观记录下来,我也同时发布在了他们的Google Maps评价上。要么他们借此机会改进服务,能够更加负责任;如果他们要继续这样不负责任下去,就祝福他们生意越来越差,在他们那里买车的人越来越少。

我于2025年3月 在该店买了一辆Tundra。销售人员是Ryan Liu,他的经理是Freeman Leung。购车时包含了一套米其林冬胎和一套根据图片确认过的冬胎轮毂。

然而,在我提车时,无论是轮胎还是轮毂都不正确,与确认购车时确认的版本完全不一致。轮毂是最丑的那种版本。我估计他们当时给我的是店里有货的最便宜的轮毂和冬胎。

我随后去店里找他们沟通。他们说米其林冬胎没货了,我说那我就等吧,等有货了我再拿着临时给我的那套来换。他们把轮毂更换成了确认过的版本,我告诉他们我可以等到下个冬季,只要有货就请立即通知我去更换。

后来我只问了Ryan一两次有没有货。直到11月份,过去了8个月,并且已经开始下雪了,我想他们应该有货了,于是联系Ryan。然而Ryan没有接我的电话,只是在几天后才发消息给我,也只是说内部去找配件经理,没有给我一个确定性答复。

这时我决定联系Toyota Canada以及Country Hills Toyota的更高一级的负责人。即便Toyota Canada无法直接介入,我也认为有必要让他们知晓此事。我同时给Country Hills Toyota的总经理发送了三封邮件,终于收到他的回复。他告诉我已经为我订购了一套米其林冬胎,有消息会及时通知我。

我也给Freeman发了邮件,他回复说会尽力找他们配件经理解决。

然而又过了一个多月将近两个月,到12月底,依然没有任何消息。联系Ryan,他告诉我他人在中国,要到2月份才回来。我只好再次给Freeman发邮件,但他却一直没有回复。

到1月5日,仍然没有收到回复,我只好再次给他们总经理发邮件,虽然他没有回复我,但有一位他们的工作人员联系我,让我过去安装冬胎。我第二天过去,他们终于给我安装上了米其林冬胎,并且把之前的那个Firestone冬胎也送给了我。

我感恩他们因为这个情况帮我安装了冬胎并且将之前的冬胎送给了我。不过直到现在,他们没有任何一个人明确就此事跟我说一声抱歉。我去安装冬胎时在他们茶水间碰到了Freeman,我跟他说我发了邮件给他但他没回复,他跟我说他前几天不在,可能回来时邮件多搞漏了,针对没回复说了声抱歉,却也没有站在我的角度考虑一下这整个事情。

问题虽然最终解决了,但是也过去了整整10个月,这整个的情况让我仍然感觉Country Hills Toyota非常不负责任,尤其是销售人员。

I finally received the correct winter tires included in my deal on January 6, 2026. I assume my purchase is finally closed. Now sharing my experience with Country Hills Toyota objectively. I hope this is an opportunity for them to do better.

I bought a Tundra from them in March 2025. The sales representative was Ryan Liu, and his manager was Freeman Leung. It was agreed that a set of Michelin winter tires was included in the overall deal, and we confirmed the rims based on the pictures Ryan showed me.

However, when I picked up the truck, both the tires and the rims were incorrect and did not match what we had confirmed when signing the purchase contract. I believe they provided the cheapest rims and winter tires they had available at the time.

I went back to them, and they said they did not have the confirmed winter tires at that moment. I told them I could wait until they had them. They then changed the rims to the version we had confirmed, and I left with the understanding that they would contact me once the correct tires arrived so I could come back to have them switched.

However, when winter came again in November, I assumed they should have the tires by then and contacted Ryan. Ryan did not answer my calls and only sent messages to me several days later, still without providing a specific date for when I could get the tires.

I then decided to contact Toyota Canada and the general manager of Country Hills Toyota. Even if Toyota Canada could not help, I felt it was necessary for them to be aware of this case. I sent three emails to the GM and eventually received a reply. He told me that he had ordered a set of Michelin winter tires for me and would keep me informed.

I also emailed Freeman, who replied that he would do his best and talk to the parts manager.

By the end of December, I still had no updates. Ryan told me he was in China and would return in February. I emailed Freeman again, but he never replied.

I then emailed their GM again. Finally, someone from the dealership contacted me and asked me to come in the next day to have the winter tires installed. When I came, they installed Michelin winter tires for me and told me to keep the Firestone winter tires.

I feel grateful that they installed winter tires for me and gave me the Firestone tires. But up to now, no one from the dealership has clearly apologized to me regarding this situation. Although the issue was eventually resolved after 10 months, I cannot say that this dealership took the responsibility it should have, especially their sales team.
